Woodburn, Oregon

Project Basie PDX 08

With Amazon being one of the second-largest private companies in the world, the company decided to invest in a fulfillment center here in our very own backyard by the Woodburn outlet stores. At 3.84 million square feet, the Woodburn fulfillment center ranks near the top. The building reaches 105 feet tall — double the maximum permissible under the city's current zoning rules, an exception approved by the city — with a floor area equivalent to 66 football fields. Sawtooth had the pleasure of providing Joint Sealants to the SOG floors, Tilt Panel Joints, HMDs, Dock Aprons, Dolly Pads, and Sidewalks.

At this renovation project of the infamous Shleifer Furniture store located on MLK on the East side of Portland, Sawtooth played a vital part in bringing the new up and coming Hotel Chamberlain to life! Our scope to this project was to help identify weak structural points on the outside exterior brick siding. Our masonry restoration division spot pointed, relayed brick and brick repair on the window lentils.
